COMPUTER:

Since most blind people know braille they can now have access to computers having a Perkins Braille keyboard. They can type any letter, document or text in braille, which is translated to English text, and since it has a speech feedback they can listen to the same, edit it to perfection and a printout can be taken when connected to a Braille embosser or standard printer. One can also connect it to a standard desktop PC and transfer data to and fro offering immense amount of flexibility.
BRAILLE PALMTOP: The Aria is a small portable videocassette sized computer specially designed for blind or visually handicapped. In addition to the DOS operating system, Aria contains a wealth of in- built application software, created with an emphasis on power and user- friendliness. The flexibility of Aria makes it a true choice for the people of any profession and age giving an easy access to the use of computers to assist them in their education, profession or employment.
COMPUTER: Has all normal functions of a computer and has a 6 key Perkins Braille Keyboard with 8 function keys as well as a choice of Braille languages i.e. Computer Braille, Grade I or Grade II.

ECHO: When set to ON, speaks the alphabets
when typed or completes words or sentences, when Enter key is pressed.
When set to OFF, works silently and any document can be read (listened
to) after the same has been completed.
